Please allow up to 24 hours for replies (unless unusual circumstances) but i usually reply within half a day.

3 methods UL and YOU can deal with each transaction;
Number 1; Bank transfer and then postage which will be mailed to your house (Postage cost for jeans is $1.50)
Number 2; Bank transfer and then meet up @ Clementi, Bouna Vista or Boon Lay MRT or other places which we can further discuss
Number 3; Cash-on-delivery, where UL will pass you the item and you will check if there is any fault with it and cash will be paid to UL on the spot.
*Note: We do prefer method 1 above all as it takes away any hassle in rearranging meet up date/time when something comes up.

Terms & Conditions
1. UL will not be held responsible for lost parcels during postage as parcels are well sealed and checked before sending out. (So far, 1 or 2 parcels lost from over 1,000 parcels sent so normal mail is relatively safe)
2. UL strives to reply to any enquiries within the 12-24 hours range so that YOU will not be left waiting. Do resend an email to urban.luxurious@gmail.com if you do not receive any reply after this time frame.
3. For enquiries to my mobile number, please do not send multiple messages too many times as I may be caught up with school or have an event going on. I will still try my best to reply within the time frame of 6-12 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How long will I take to receive my parcel if I ordered a jeans from the pre-order?
Upon confirmation of the type of jeans, color, and size, make payment and your parcel will be mailed out within a week's time! After which, it will take 2-3 working days to be delivered to YOU.
(Instocks); I may have some instocks for the jeans so there will be basically no waiting time. After comfirmation of payment, YOUR parcel will be mailed to YOU within 1-3 days.
2. How long will I take to receive my parcel if I ordered from the ladies instock section or any other section from UL's site?
Since all items are instocks, parcels will be mailed within 1-3 days after confirmation of payment.
3. Am i allowed to exchange my jeans if it doesn't fit?Yes you can, however there is a changing fee of $1.50 excluding postage fee and you are required to mail the jeans back to me first before i change it for you.
4. How to measure my size with regards to the jeans?
Use a measuring tape and measure your low waist (area between your belly button and hips) in inches and that will be roughly the size you fit.
Another alternative will be to take a pair of your most comfortable jeans that you have and measure its width across in inches.
